1. Purpose
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Grimzoo service, available at grimzoo.fr. By creating an account, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Description of the service
Grimzoo is a personal life-memory application that lets you record your memories through guided questions and interact with a personal AI clone trained on those memories. The service uses artificial intelligence for semantic search and to generate contextual answers. Grimzoo is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Registration and account
Using the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You undertake to use Grimzoo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the service to store content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of third parties. Any attempt to circumvent security measures or to access other users' data is strictly prohibited.
5. Ownership of data
You remain the owner of all of your content (memories, conversations, profile). Grimzoo claims no ownership rights over your personal data. You can export or delete it at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The Grimzoo application, its interface, its algorithms and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorisation.
7. Artificial intelligence
Grimzoo's AI clone generates answers based solely on the memories you have recorded. Despite our efforts to ensure faithful answers, the AI may occasionally produce approximations. The clone's answers do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice.
8. Service availability
Grimzoo strives to provide continuous access to the service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. In the event of a prolonged interruption, users will be notified.
9. Limitation of liability
Grimzoo cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, including loss of data in exceptional circumstances.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Grimzoo reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, after notice. In the event of deletion, your data will be erased in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Changes to the Terms
Grimzoo reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of any significant change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.
